The Apple Core Luncheonette is an extension of Cold Hollow Cider Mill's gift shop and offers a variety of cold sandwiches, grilled paninis, wraps, salads, and kid-friendly fare. The Apple Core uses a variety of organic and local products in the menu to create a unique "localvore" experience. The sandwich bread is made fresh daily. Customers have the option of having a sandwich on a traditional house-made white or sweet potato wheat. All the menu items were created by a local Vermonter, Susan Grant, with an emphasis on creating healthy recipes and utilizing Cold Hollow products. The Apple Core Luncheonette is open seven days a week, Monday through Friday 11:30 - 3:00 and Saturday and Sunday 11:30 - 3:30.

 The Black Bear Inn is Vermont’s only mountaintop country inn, and offers fine country dining in a warm atmosphere.  Chef Brian O’Neil prepares a different three-course menu each day priced at $28.00.  Meals are hearty yet refined, and are always served by our gracious staff.  The Black Bear is also a consistent Wine Spectator Award of Excellence winner, with a list that is reasonably priced rather than with the high-markups typical of most restaurants.
